About the Airshow Week
The Singapore Airshow is held every two years at the Changi Exhibition Centre, on the east coast near Changi Airport. The first days are trade days for industry and government delegations; the last days open to the public. Traffic into the showground is controlled, so vehicle access and drop-off times matter. Delegations visiting the show are booked through our group and delegation transport.
The next Singapore Airshow is scheduled for 15–20 February 2028 at Changi Exhibition Centre, according to the official event schedule.
What We Plan For You
Access rules for the Singapore Airshow change from one edition to the next. Vehicle permits, registration deadlines and the drop-off points for trade days and public days are set by the organisers for each show. We register the vehicle for venue access and confirm the current drop-off points closer to the dates, so send us your schedule early. The earlier we have your dates, the more time there is to get the registration through before the deadline.

Delegation Transport
For a delegation attending across the week, we can hold the same chauffeur and vehicle for the group’s daily transfers between the hotel and the Exhibition Centre.
Good to Know
Every chauffeur has at least 5 years of professional driving experience, holds a valid PDVL, and every vehicle is LTA licensed. We reply to bookings within 1 working day, and a deposit confirms the date, with the full amount due upfront for smaller jobs.

Why Book Early
The Changi Exhibition Centre is on the far east of the island and traffic into the showground is controlled during the show. Vehicles also need to be registered for venue access before the dates. Booking early gives us time to register the car and plan your pickup times around the traffic.
Airport Transfers for Delegations
Many delegations fly in for the show. Arrivals and departures at Changi can be booked alongside your Airshow transport. During Airshow week these are quoted with the rest of your booking.
