Can I leave my bags in the car between malls?
Yes. Your bags stay in the car for the whole booking, so you move from one mall to the next with your hands free.
Is there a late-night charge after a shopping day?
Only for trips between 23:00 and 06:59, from S$23 depending on the vehicle. Most shopping bookings end well before that.
Can the chauffeur wait outside the mall?
Yes where the mall allows it. Where it doesn’t, your chauffeur waits nearby and comes back on your call.
Can I finish at the airport?
Yes. End your hourly booking at Changi Airport and the car takes your shopping with you.
Is 3 hours enough?
For one mall, usually. For Orchard Road plus Marina Bay, book 4 to 5 hours.
A Day Combining Orchard Road and Marina Bay
Many shopping bookings cover both Orchard Road and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in one afternoon. Budget 4 to 5 hours for both, with the car making the short crossing between them while you finish up at each stop.

Good to Know
Every chauffeur has at least 5 years of professional driving experience, holds a valid PDVL, and every vehicle is LTA licensed. We reply to bookings within 1 working day, and a deposit confirms the date, with the full amount due upfront for smaller jobs.

Ending at the Airport
A popular way to finish a trip is to shop in the morning and end the booking at Changi Airport. Your bags go in the boot at the hotel, the shopping goes in with them, and the chauffeur drops you at departures. Leave 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight.
Booking Policies
- Deposit: required to confirm a booking
- Cancellation: free up to 3 days before the job
- Changes: 48 hours’ notice for any change to time, pickup or vehicle
- No-shows: charged in full
- Pets: not accepted
- Replies: within 1 working day
If your shopping trip starts or ends at your accommodation, arrange hotel transfers with your booking. The same chauffeured car can also take you to Marina Bay Sands or Resorts World Sentosa as part of an evening itinerary.
