A conference limousine service in Singapore moves speakers, VIP delegates and organisers between hotels, the venue and the airport on a fixed schedule. Most conference jobs use the Executive Business Sedan at S$90 an hour or the First Class Sedan at S$249 an hour for keynote speakers, both with a 3-hour minimum. Speaker transport runs on the same fleet as the rest of our luxury limousine service in Singapore.

Planning Speaker Transport
A conference transport plan is a schedule per person: arrival flight, hotel, sessions, dinners and departure. Send us the list and we price each leg. When the whole delegation moves together rather than one speaker at a time, that’s our MICE limousine service.
For multi-day conferences booked in advance, we can assign the same chauffeur to the same speaker for the whole event, so the speaker deals with one face and one number all week.

Can the same chauffeur stay with a speaker all week?
Yes, if the booking is made in advance so we can hold that chauffeur’s schedule for the event.
Running Over
Overtime works differently for hourly bookings and for fixed-price transfers. On an hourly booking, there’s a 15-minute grace period after your booked hours end; past that, the next full hour is billed. On a transfer, waiting beyond the free window (60 minutes for airport and cruise pickups, 15 minutes elsewhere) is billed in 15-minute increments at S$25 per 15 minutes.
