Booking a limousine with us takes four steps: send your details, get a quote, pay the deposit, and receive your chauffeur’s details before the job.
1. Send Your Details
Email bookings@limousineservicesingapore.com or call +65 9446 4444 with:
- Date and pickup time
- Pickup address and drop-off address (and any stops)
- Number of passengers and bags
- Vehicle you want, or tell us the occasion and we’ll suggest one
- Flight or cruise number for terminal pickups, including Changi airport transfers
- Child seats needed (S$22 per seat per trip)
2. Get Your Quote
We reply within 1 working day during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. The quote is all-in: ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST are included. You can check what each car costs before you enquire.
3. Pay the Deposit
A deposit confirms the booking. For small bookings, we ask for the full amount upfront. For larger bookings, a deposit confirms the date and the balance is settled before the job.
4. On the Day
Your chauffeur’s name and contact number are sent ahead of the pickup. If you can’t find the car at the meeting point, call our operations line or the chauffeur directly.
Changing or Cancelling
- Deposit: required to confirm a booking
- Cancellation: free up to 3 days before the job
- Changes: 48 hours’ notice for any change to time, pickup or vehicle
- No-shows: charged in full
- Pets: not accepted
- Replies: within 1 working day
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book outside office hours?
You can email at any time and we reply within 1 working day during office hours. For a job already in progress, an after-hours contact number is provided with your booking confirmation.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. The 60-minute free waiting window is counted from your actual landing time, not the scheduled time.
Can I add a stop on the day?
Yes, one extra stop on the way costs S$20 with 15 minutes included. On hourly bookings, stops are part of your time.
