What a Roadshow Day Looks Like
A typical roadshow is five to eight meetings in one day. Most start at a hotel on Orchard Road or in Marina Bay, run through Raffles Place, Marina Bay Financial Centre and Shenton Way, and often take in one-north or Changi Business Park before ending at the airport or a dinner.
That pattern is exactly why roadshows are booked by the hour. Your chauffeur drops you at the lobby, waits nearby, and is at the door when the meeting ends. If a meeting runs long, the car waits. You don’t book a new ride between every stop, and your bags stay in the boot all day. A roadshow is the most intensive form of our corporate limousine service.

Every hourly rate includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. Trips between 23:00 and 06:59 carry a late-night surcharge from S$23, depending on the vehicle.

Planning a Roadshow
- Send the meeting list in advance. Addresses and times let us plan the route and warn you where timings are tight.
- Book an hour of buffer. Meetings rarely end on time. After your booked hours there’s a 15-minute grace period, then the next full hour is billed.
- Changes on the day cost extra. A new stop or a different end point on the day is charged as an additional job, because the car is already committed to your schedule.
- Multi-day roadshows. Booked in advance, the same chauffeur can stay with the same executive across several days.

Every chauffeur has at least 5 years of professional driving experience, holds a valid PDVL, wears formal attire and speaks English. Every vehicle is LTA licensed.
