An event limousine service in Singapore is chauffeured transport for a gala, a product launch, an awards night or a private event, where the arrival is part of the evening and several cars often run on one schedule. Cars are booked by the hour from S$98, and for the arrival that matters most, the Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach are S$1,290 an hour with a 6-hour minimum. What Counts as an Event Booking
Most event bookings fall into one of four patterns:
- VIP arrivals: a guest of honour, a celebrity or a senior executive arriving at the red carpet in a Rolls-Royce or Maybach.
- Hosted guests: a handful of clients or partners collected from their hotels and taken home after.
- Guest shuttles: a minibus or coach running between the hotel and the venue.
- Mixed events: all three at once, on one schedule, with a coordinator.

Why Events Are Booked by the Hour
Events rarely finish on time. Speeches run long, dinners run late, and guests leave in waves rather than all at once. An hourly booking holds the car and chauffeur at the venue for the whole evening, so nobody waits for a ride at the end of the night.
If the evening runs past your booked hours, there’s a 15-minute grace period, then the next full hour is billed. For a gala, book an hour more than the programme says.

Every rate includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. Trips between 23:00 and 06:59 carry a late-night surcharge from S$23, depending on the vehicle, and most evening events end after 23:00.

Venues and Drop-Off Points
Singapore’s main event venues each have their own designated driveway for pickups and drop-offs, including Tower 1 at Marina Bay Sands and Singapore EXPO. Tell us the venue and the entrance on your invitation and we’ll plan the drop-off around it.
Running Several Cars at Once
For events with more than a couple of cars, an on-ground coordinator manages the schedule, so your team has one person to call rather than several chauffeurs. We can supply up to 4 coaches for a single event. One invoice can cover the whole event, with any overruns billed separately.
Peak Event Weeks
The F1 Singapore Grand Prix and the Singapore Airshow are peak periods. Standard rates don’t apply that week and every booking is quoted separately. Book early for those dates.
