Every quoted fare includes ERP charges, fuel, tolls, parking and GST.
Luxury Airport Transfers
For VIP arrivals, the First Class Sedan, Mercedes-Maybach and Rolls-Royce are booked by the hour rather than per trip. Most arrivals go straight to a hotel, and the return trip is usually one of our hotel pickups.

How Arrival Pickups Work
We track your flight and the free 60-minute waiting window starts from the actual landing time, not the scheduled time, so a delay doesn’t cost you waiting fees. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup to match the new landing time automatically. If you can’t find your chauffeur at the meeting point, call our operations line or the chauffeur’s mobile number, both of which are sent to you ahead of the pickup.
How Departure Pickups Work
We recommend a pickup 2.5 hours before your flight, or 3 hours if you’re departing from further away, such as the west or north of the island.

The boot, not the seat count, decides which car fits your trip. A Premium MPV seats up to 5, but with airport-sized luggage most bookings run comfortably with 3 passengers and 3 large cases.

- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: 30% to 100%+ on top of the standard rate
- Waiting past the free window: S$25 per 15 minutes
- Extra stop on the way: S$20, with 15 minutes included
- Child seat: S$22 per seat per trip
- Trips to Tuas or Kranji: S$30
