Drop-offs move to set points outside the circuit, traffic after the last session is heavy, and demand for cars peaks across the whole weekend. That’s why F1 bookings are quoted per job rather than at the standard hourly rate. Most race-night trips start and end at a hotel, so they work like our hotel limousine service, with the car held across the evening.
What We Plan For You
Without a Paddock Arrangement
Most guests are dropped off and picked up at the designated gate near Nicoll Highway. Road closures around the circuit mean private cars can’t go further in. After the race, your chauffeur meets you at the same designated point, so agree it before you walk in.
With Paddock or Hospitality Access
If you have paddock access or a hospitality arrangement that allows vehicles in, we register the car in advance and drive you inside. The same applies to hotel venues within the closure zone that require vehicle registration. Send us your access details when you book so the registration can be done in time.
