Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:59 carry a late-night surcharge from S$23, depending on the vehicle. Your chauffeur tracks the flight and waits from the actual landing time.
How early should I leave my hotel for a flight?
We recommend a pickup 2.5 hours before your flight, or 3 hours if your hotel is further from Changi.
Can the concierge book for me?
Yes. Concierges can book on your behalf with your name, pickup time and destination.

Many hotels offer their own limousine at the front desk. It’s convenient, but the price is set by the hotel and usually runs well above a booked chauffeured car for the same trip. Booking with us directly gives you a fixed, all-in fare, a choice of vehicle, and the same policies whichever hotel you’re staying at.
