MICE vs Conference Transport
Conference transport is mostly individual cars for speakers. MICE work is group logistics: a whole incentive group landing on the same flight, coaches to dinners and tours, and a few VIP cars alongside. The planning is by headcount and time slot rather than by person. Individual speakers travelling on their own schedule are booked as speaker transport.
A Typical Incentive Programme
- Day 1: group arrival at Changi on coaches, VIPs in sedans
- Day 2 to 3: meetings, then coaches to dinners and activities
- Final day: group departure, staggered by flight
A typical incentive programme we run is 10 to 15 delegates across 2 to 3 vehicles, covering 8 to 10 locations a day over 3 to 4 days.

Late-night trips carry a surcharge from S$23 per trip (S$30 for the coach). Every quoted fare includes ERP charges, fuel, tolls, parking and GST.
Exhibitions
Singapore EXPO and Marina Bay Sands Expo each have their own designated driveway for pickups and drop-offs, and coaches use those points on show days. Exhibitor move-in and move-out follow the same rule: we use the venue’s designated pickup location and time the runs to your team’s schedule.
An on-ground coordinator manages the schedule across the programme, so your team has one person to call when plans change.

Exhibition Load-In and Load-Out
Exhibitor teams moving stands and materials in and out of a venue are booked the same way as any group transport, on a Minibus or Business Class Van depending on headcount and cargo.
Good to Know
Every chauffeur has at least 5 years of professional driving experience, holds a valid PDVL, and every vehicle is LTA licensed. We reply to bookings within 1 working day, and a deposit confirms the date, with the full amount due upfront for smaller jobs.
