Every quoted fare includes ERP charges, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. Late-night trips from 23:00 to 06:59 carry a surcharge from S$23 depending on the vehicle.
How a Corporate Day Runs
On an hourly (disposal) booking, your chauffeur stays on standby for the whole booking. If a meeting runs long, the car waits outside or nearby and is ready when you come down. You don’t need to call ahead or rebook. Executives in town for an event are covered by our conference limousine service, on the same cars. If the day runs past your booked hours, there’s a 15-minute grace period, and after that the time is billed into the next full hour. A tight morning of meetings is safer booked with an hour of buffer than left to overtime.
Changes to the plan on the day, such as a new stop or a different end point, are handled as an additional charge, because the car and chauffeur are already committed to your booking.

Corporate vs Personal Hourly Hire
The cars and rates are the same whether the booking is personal or for the office. What differs is the schedule: corporate bookings tend to run to a fixed itinerary of meetings, so tell us the stops in advance and we plan the route and timing around them.

Can we keep the car for a full day?
Yes. Hourly hire has no upper limit, and a full day is simply the hourly rate multiplied by the hours you need. There’s no separate day-rate package.
Can the booking be changed on the day?
Changes to time, pickup or vehicle need 48 hours’ notice. A same-day change to the route or schedule is treated as an additional charge, since the vehicle and chauffeur are already committed to your booking.
