Book by the hour when you have more than one stop, when you don’t know exactly when you’ll be done, or when you want the car waiting outside. For a single trip from A to B, a transfer is usually cheaper. The single biggest hourly job is the wedding limousine service, where one car covers the whole day.

How Your Hours Are Counted
Overtime works differently for hourly bookings and for fixed-price transfers. On an hourly booking, there’s a 15-minute grace period after your booked hours end; past that, the next full hour is billed. On a transfer, waiting beyond the free window (60 minutes for airport and cruise pickups, 15 minutes elsewhere) is billed in 15-minute increments at S$25 per 15 minutes.

- Late night (23:00 to 06:59): from S$23 per trip, depending on the vehicle
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day: 30% to 100%+ on top of the standard rate
- Waiting past the free window: S$25 per 15 minutes
- Extra stop on the way: S$20, with 15 minutes included
- Child seat: S$22 per seat per trip
- Trips to Tuas or Kranji: S$30
